Deposits Equivalent to the first night's accommodation for stays of 1 - 6 nights
or £50 deposit per person for stays of 7 or more nights.
Guests are welcome to send us their deposit by credit card via our Secure Online Booking Form.
Alternatively, you can phone or post your details to us.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta.
We regret that for credit card payments there is a surcharge of 1.5% with a minimum of £2.
Please note that reservations for 1 night's stay can only be taken within 7 days of arrival.
Check in time is between 4pm and 6pm. Rooms will be held until 6pm. On the day of departure, the room is available until 10am.
We cannot guarantee to hold a provisional reservation longer than 14 days, by which time the booking must be confirmed in writing with a credit card number or UK cheque for a deposit equivalent to 1 night's accommodation or £50 per person for bookings of 7 or more days.
For 1 night bookings, the full price per person must be paid in advance.
The deposit is refundable up to 4 weeks prior to arrival less a £5 administration charge.
Cancellation Policy:
Accepting accommodation by telephone, e-mail or in writing means you have entered into a legally binding contract. In the event of cancellation for whatever reason within 4 weeks prior to arrival, we will make every effort to re-let your booking.
If the accommodation remains unoccupied, we are entitled to retain your deposit and ask for a further payment to compensate us for our loss, which is 80% of the total agreed amount for Bed and Breakfast.
For your protection and to fulfill your contract with us, we strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover any such eventuality.
